a beautiful tune
it was june
drawn to it
like an addict

a distance away
a silhouette sway
nearer i get
he’s blowing a trumpet

no its a saxaphone
a busker who hone
a skill so high
i gave a five

#174 – Anticipate

fear

anticipate thunder to explode when lightning strike

hide she did and the fear still stayed

anticipate mother’s soft cuddle always felt right

when she knew fear came from within, she never swayed

#147 – Phantoms & Shadows

January 27, 2009

Phantoms & Shadows lurked in every corner. Since young, it chased me, frightened me and will me to come out of my cocoon of fear. In the cupboard, under the bed and off the cloak hanger.

It was much later in my adult life that I realized it resided deep within me. Now and again, it showed itself and I had chose to observe rather to react to it.

I hoped I’m not the only one experiencing it.
